Tiferet Tzvi Synagogue
Accessibility statement
Beit Knesset Tiferet Tzvi in Petach Tikva attaches great importance to making its services accessible to the whole community, including people with disabilities, in the spirit of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the regulations under it.
Website accessibility
The site was built to meet Israeli Standard 5568, "Web Content Accessibility", at level AA, in line with the international WCAG guidelines.
Among other things: the site can be fully navigated by keyboard and includes a skip-to-content link; keyboard focus is clearly visible; text-to-background contrast is high; pages have a proper heading structure and images carry text alternatives; the site works on desktop and mobile and supports text enlargement; there is no flashing content and no time-limited action. The site is available in five languages.
Some parts may not yet be fully accessible - for example third-party components (such as the Cloudflare verification widget) or historical photographs. We keep improving; if you run into a difficulty, please tell us and we will fix it.
Accessibility of the building
The synagogue building and the prayer hall are accessible. For details about the arrangements on site, please contact the accessibility coordinator.
