About the kehilla
Founded by survivors of the Shoah, who kept the flame of faith and tradition alive and passed it from generation to generation.
Tiferet Tzvi was created by families who believe a synagogue is not only four walls and a sefer Torah, but a home where a guest becomes one of our own by the second aliyah.
Our nusach is Nusach Sefard (the Ashkenazi nusach kept by Hasidim and the knitted-kippah, religious-Zionist crowd); and yet our kehilla is dozens of families - from Argentina and Ethiopia, France and the former USSR, native-born Israelis and recent olim, of every profession and every political view - all of us united by a shared devotion to Torah and to communal prayer.
Today the shul is led by its devoted gabbaim, Yoav Moshe and Asher Gronberg, alongside a new generation - the council of gabbaim.

About the book
The Or HaChaim is the classic Torah commentary of Rav Chaim ben Attar (1696-1743). It weaves the plain meaning of the verse together with the depth of Kabbalah and mussar; written in the Land of Israel, it is still studied across the Jewish world today.

Tehillim for children
Every Shabbat afternoon about 40 children gather to say Tehillim together. Your kids will love it :-)

Women’s club
Hafrashat challah, shiurim before the chagim, and warm get-togethers for the women of the kehilla.

Beginning chazan
Boys are encouraged to lead Kabbalat Shabbat, and after bar-mitzvah age to lead the evening prayer.

Bar-Mitzvah preparation
Our coordinators will help, teach, and organize it all - from the preparation to the celebration itself.

Hall rental
Shabbat Chatan? Hafrashat challah before a wedding? A bar-mitzvah? We have a small, cozy hall for it.
